The Bees are actually pretty gentle right now, but he’s probably right about not keeping them in the back yard. Rabbits though – that’s another thing.

I read your post – don’t be to discouraged about the state of the used equipment. If you just scrape out the old wax and leave a little bit along the edges for them to build off of they will clean the rest of it up for you. If you can get bees it probably isn’t too late to get started. It will be soon though.
