		<description>When it is cold you usually don&#039;t need to water - unless you failed to water when it was warm.  If it is cold outside, but warm in the greenhouse, and you did need to water I suppose you could carry it in buckets.  However I have no experience with the extremes that you have in your area.  Talk to a local nurseryman.</description>
